Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reliability, version control, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching emerging AI technologies to integrate them into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Java, with proven proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience designing and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
