Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of our core AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability for the 2026 product release.
- Define and implement the long-term AI strategy, including the integration of emerging technologies like LLMs and Vector Databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through advanced architectural patterns.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for AI projects.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
