Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents that can perceive, reason, and act independently in complex environments.
- Prompt Engineering & LLM Integration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into robust workflows, utilizing advanced prompting techniques to minimize hallucinations and maximize accuracy.
- System Optimization: Implement cutting-edge optimization techniques (quantization, RAG, fine-tuning) to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance.
- AI Governance & Safety: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with emerging regulations and safety standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and define technical roadmaps for the AI infrastructure team.
Qualifications
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and LangChain or similar agent frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using AI methodologies.
