Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning, multi-modal learning, and predictive analytics.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure peak performance and minimal latency.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps for AI integration across product lines, aligning with 2026 business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex AI concepts into practical solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
