Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for Project 2026, focusing on scalable machine learning pipelines and edge computing integration.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to deliver breakthrough AI capabilities ahead of the 2026 launch schedule.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concept development for emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and model explainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience required).
- Extensive experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
