Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation neural networks and autonomous agents designed for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable backend architectures that integrate quantum-ready computing paradigms with traditional cloud infrastructure.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput environments, ensuring they meet enterprise-grade performance benchmarks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Code Review & Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure security and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, specifically regarding AI services and serverless computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
