Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed computing systems.
- Lead the research and integration of next-gen Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-5, Llama 4) into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and security experts.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve overall system throughput by 30%+.
- Define technical roadmap and strategy for AI infrastructure longevity.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying high-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
