Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architectures: Lead the architectural design of scalable, efficient AI models tailored for the 2026 operational landscape, focusing on neural networks and deep learning systems.
- Drive R&D Strategy: Translate high-level business objectives into concrete technical roadmaps for AI research and development.
- Optimize Compute Efficiency: Implement strategies to reduce computational overhead and improve inference speeds for large-scale language models.
- Safety & Ethics: Establish rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to integrate into our 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract future concepts into scalable technical architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: A track record of publishing papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) or delivering industry-defining AI products.
