Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Autonomous Agentic Workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for Edge Computing environments.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to integrate Quantum-Inspired Algorithms into classical ML pipelines.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including automated training pipelines and model governance.
- Lead a team of 5+ ML engineers in researching and implementing novel neural architectures.
- Ensure the security, fairness, and robustness of AI systems in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Modeling: Extensive experience fine-tuning, RLHF, and serving large-scale foundation models.
- Systems: Strong background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Language: Fluency in English, with technical documentation in standard formats.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
