Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale LLM pipelines optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead the research and implementation of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Constitutional AI.
- Design fault-tolerant, distributed systems capable of handling billions of inference requests.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate AI agents into seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ethical AI development.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs using quantization and pruning techniques.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to anticipate future shifts in the AI landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Familiarity with multimodal models and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
