Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI and Machine Learning systems.
- Define the technical roadmap and engineering standards to ensure alignment with 2026 business objectives.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and energy efficiency.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment strategies.
