Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI/ML infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of advanced neural networks and generative models.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speed and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
