Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define architectural patterns for large-scale machine learning models and real-time data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products and services.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and develop the technical skills of the AI engineering team.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high code quality.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and optimizing LLMs at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
