Responsibilities
- Design Future-Ready Architectures: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI systems, focusing on high-performance computing, edge AI, and next-gen neural architectures.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, anticipating the technological shifts expected by 2026, including Quantum AI integration.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in all automated systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning models, ensuring low latency and high throughput in real-time environments.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable software products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent extensive practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Familiarity with quantum computing interfaces is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams and managing technical stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
