Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our flagship AI products, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design Neural Architectures: Build and optimize deep learning models that power our next-generation software solutions.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Architect high-availability, low-latency cloud environments using AWS or Azure.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AGI developments and ethical AI implementation for 2026.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering and 3+ years of specialized experience in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments.
