Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure tailored for future deployment (2026+).
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation in generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into robust, executable technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global AI regulations.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior staff to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high-scale, real-time data processing.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, fairness, and bias mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
