Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- Research Leadership: Lead R&D initiatives focusing on next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- System Optimization: Optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource utilization for edge and cloud deployment environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities up to 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure ML.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing research papers or delivering innovative AI solutions in competitive environments.
