Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and oversee the technical strategy for AI integration projects targeting deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design distributed, high-availability systems that leverage the latest advancements in neural networks and edge computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of large-scale models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all architectures adhere to global data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in senior AI architecture or machine learning engineering.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and design scalable solutions for unknown unknowns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
