Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling exabytes of data.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives for next-gen Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, transparency, and model interpretability.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, including quantum AI and edge computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
