Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, distributed machine learning infrastructure tailored for high-frequency trading and real-time analytics.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model quantization, pruning, and inference optimization to deploy large language models on edge devices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI division.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for AI projects through 2026, aligning research goals with business objectives.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with our R&D lab to integrate emerging breakthroughs (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI) into production systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a heavy emphasis on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Certifications: Professional certification in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty) is a plus.
