Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure to support 2026 technology roadmaps.
- Design and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agent systems for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and neural-symbolic integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (5+ years of experience preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
