Responsibilities

- Optimize Performance: Reduce model latency and enhance inference speed using advanced optimization techniques and hardware acceleration.
- Establish AI Governance: Define ethical guidelines and compliance standards to ensure responsible AI deployment in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Architecture Skills: Extensive experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Technical Depth: Solid understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
