Responsibilities
- Architecting Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Generative AI models, ensuring they are ready for the scale and complexity of 2026.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI paradigms, including Multimodal AI and Agentic workflows, and translate research into production-ready code.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define AI features that drive user engagement and business growth.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance in all model deployments.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, with at least 3 years leading AI architecture projects.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Generative AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, LLM fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA), and RAG architectures.
- System Design: Strong skills in distributed systems design and high-availability system architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for the future of technology.
