Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, robust machine learning architectures capable of handling the demands of 2026 and the decade following.
- Neural Interface Prototyping: Lead the research and development of brain-computer interface (BCI) algorithms and real-time data processing pipelines.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core product roadmap.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and technical debt reduction.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to global ethical standards, bias mitigation protocols, and safety regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product features.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Neural Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep Learning Expertise: 8+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale Deep Learning models (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- System Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and high-performance computing.
- Future-Tech Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technical strategies for long-term impact.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transformations and product launches.
- Programming Proficiency: Expert level in Python, C++, and familiarity with GPU programming (CUDA, OpenCL).
