Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale machine learning systems and deep learning pipelines.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms for Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency on cloud and edge environments.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our stack future-proof.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep experience in Transformer architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
