Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that align with the company's long-term strategic vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models, focusing on performance optimization and inference speed.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and develop new AI-driven features that enhance user experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; deep understanding of MLOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
