Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure pipelines.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices in all deployments.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
