Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models focused on 2026 scalability requirements.
- Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing applications.
- Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Proven experience leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
