Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core machine learning infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance for high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, NLP, and Cloud Computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong background in data pipeline engineering and MLOps.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is a plus.
