Responsibilities
- Design and architect robust, scalable AI and machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating deep learning models into real-time web applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across the entire infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus.
