Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms to enhance predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the tech stack.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI integration that align with the company’s strategic vision for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading engineering squads.
