Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI research team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize model latency and throughput for edge and cloud deployment environments.
- Drive the implementation of MLOps strategies to ensure reproducibility and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Experience with model quantization, fine-tuning, and optimization techniques.
