Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that support the complex demands of 2026 and beyond, utilizing emerging tech stacks.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Quantum Machine Learning integration.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to junior engineers, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to futuristic best practices.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging trends in AI and hardware integration to keep Nebula Systems at the forefront of technological evolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and quantum physicists to translate theoretical concepts into production-ready software.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Physics.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work with bleeding-edge technologies and a deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
