Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the strategic planning and architecture for our next-generation AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and data processing systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct research into emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning, neural architecture search, and edge AI deployment.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting code reviews on complex AI implementations.
- Collaborate with Product: Work closely with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features and strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Specialization: Demonstrated experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and design systems that are both efficient and maintainable.
