Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI models tailored for the 2026 market landscape.
- Define and enforce best practices for machine learning engineering, data governance, and model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, engineering, and data science—to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct deep technical research to identify emerging trends and integrate them into our core technology stack.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact AI projects from conception to production.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
