We are looking for a technical leader who thrives in ambiguity and has a deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Lead the research and fine-tuning of foundation models for specific enterprise verticals.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
- Establish MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define AI product roadmaps and technical requirements.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, GPT series, and Llama models.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and vector embeddings.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
