Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define the high-level architecture for scalable AI systems, ensuring robustness, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and training of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models and reinforcement learning agents.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO to align technical strategies with the Project 2026 launch milestones.
- System Optimization: Optimize algorithms for speed and efficiency, reducing latency in real-time processing environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Oversight: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Strong track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing large-scale data pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
