Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning infrastructure tailored for the 2026 AI standard.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers in developing next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and governance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
