Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the technical strategy for training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency in real-time AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity and best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and hardware accelerators (e.g., TPUs, GPUs).
- Ensure system robustness, security, and ethical AI compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with distributed training, model optimization, and serving technologies.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
