Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for Project 2026’s core neural network modules.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate complex research into production-ready code.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference on edge devices.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and security audits on all AI systems.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
