Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term strategic goals into actionable technical milestones.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale computing loads.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of researchers and engineers in exploring novel neural architectures and optimization techniques.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for model deployment, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external partners and cloud providers aligned with our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, distributed systems, and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects ahead of schedule and within budget.
