Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement the architectural roadmap for AI systems expected to dominate the 2026 market, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Cloud Migration & Integration: Lead the migration of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-native AI infrastructures using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Define and enforce strict AI ethics and compliance standards for emerging technologies, ensuring responsible AI deployment.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical realities and drive the long-term technology strategy.
- Prototype Development: Hands-on development of proof-of-concepts for next-gen generative AI and predictive analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- GenAI: Proven track record of deploying and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
