Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for AI initiatives aimed at the 2026 product release cycle.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance ML architectures capable of handling massive data loads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for product and executive stakeholders.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of emerging trends in Deep Learning and NLP to ensure our solutions remain state-of-the-art.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models into production environments using CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth startup environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant technical solutions.
