Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Optimize model performance for real-time processing and edge computing environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly preferred.
