Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency for real-time applications.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and engineers to prototype novel machine learning algorithms.
- Code Review: Maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
