- Lead Generative AI Development: Spearhead the creation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise-level automation and decision support.
- Define 2026 Roadmaps: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps that anticipate market shifts and regulatory changes by 2026.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Continuously refine and fine-tune deep learning models to improve accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Expertise in AI/ML: 8+ years of professional experience in AI architecture, with a specific focus on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Programming Mastery: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical requirements.
