Responsibilities

- Drive research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-modal AI, and autonomous agent systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into scalable solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy in distributed systems.
- Optimize existing pipelines for high-throughput inference and low-latency processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing scalable AI systems for production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
