Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on Reinforcement Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating and integrating new technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
