Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines tailored for 2026 standards.
- Research & Innovation: Lead research initiatives in generative models and reinforcement learning to drive product differentiation.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term Vision 2026 objectives.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Optimize models for low-latency inference and high-throughput processing in cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning and AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive elegant, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
