Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement high-scale AI systems aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy for large language models (LLMs) and neural network optimization.
- Mentor and develop a team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical requirements.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across cloud environments.
- Pioneer new methodologies for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation.
- Present technical visions to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with GenAI, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
